Just a note to thank you for making buying the Defender yesterday such an easy and painless process. You are a pleasure to deal with and I particularly liked your 'no pressure' approach to viewing and selling the car. The test drive was probably the best I've ever had, the opportunity to take the car away on our own, just myself and my wife, meant we could really talk about it and try it in a variety of traffic.
